A popular legend has it that the Mexican hairless dog was created by God from silver, which was also used to create humans. The silver dog was given by God to humans and commanded to be treasured as life itself. When young, the breed is very energetic and noisy, but as adults they become loyal and obedient pets. Mexican Hairless Dogs do not have fur, so they require specific care: their skin needs to be constantly moisturised, and they need to be protected from harsh weather and sunburn.
3. Peruvian Inca Orchid
The Peruvian Inca Orchid – is a hairless dog with a very unusual name.This breed of dog is very rare – there are about 1000 of them worldwide. The Norwegian Lundehund is a rather plain-looking dog, but it is distinguished from other breeds by the fact that it has six toes instead of five.
